An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR & Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Officer. The postholder will be the key contact for EDI initiatives in the institute and will be an active member of both the Institute’s ‘Equity 4 Success’ and ‘Technician Commitment Steering Groups. This role is fundamental in helping to support the implementation and embedding of all EDI activities across the Institute. Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, the postholder will work closely with their HR colleagues to provide professional first-class HR support to the Institute. The successful candidate will have a solid background in HR, training and experience in the delivery of EDI objectives in the workplace. We are looking for an individual who holds a CIPD Level 3 qualification. A full job specification and role requirements can be found attached to this vacancy.
