Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.Professional qualification in project or program management (e.g., PRINCE2).Extensive experience managing large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Strong knowledge of the rail and transport industry.Proven leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
