What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with speech, language, communication, and social-emotional needs.
• Assist students in using resources, including IT, and facilitate their access to the national curriculum.
• Work with individuals and groups as directed by Learning Consultants.
• Deliver pre-planned learning activities under teacher guidance.
• Assist in student assessments, progress tracking, and supervision during school activities.
• Provide support in preparing resources and participating in planning meetings.
• Ensure students’ well-being, including assisting with personal care if required.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and professionals to enhance student development.
• Maintain student motivation and interest in learning.
• Supervise students during break and lunch times.

• Engage in professional development and academy-wide initiatives.
• Uphold high standards in presentation, conduct, and teamwork.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
