On behalf of DWP, we are looking for a Building Information Modelling Manager for a 6-month contract until 31st March 2025 Inside IR35 based in DWP hubs in Birmingham, London, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield, and Newcastle. Your role can be remote; however, there will be travel involved.

As a Building Information Modelling Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
1. BIM Standards Management: Documentation & Assurance: DWP are currently finalising their BIM Standards due to lessons learned through a pilot programme. Your role will require the alignment of supplier ways of working, internal data needs, and strategic goals.
2. Develop, implement, and ensure strategies in line with the UK BIM Framework, ISO19650 suite, and related protocols and standards ready to be used as client requirements across multiple programmes and projects.
3. Development of a Security minded approach and relevant ISO19650 Part 5 assessments and tools to meet DWP's data security requirements.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement.
Essential:
1. Advanced understanding of the UK BIM Framework, including ISO19650 standards and supporting documentation.
2. Confirmed experience in the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans, tender responses, and strategies.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to ensure alignment between project teams and data requirements.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
