The Key Account Manager with regional coverage of the north of England will be working as part of an experienced commercial team. Reporting directly to the Senior Business Manager and working closely with the marketing team, this is a dynamic role that incorporates new business development as well as account management. In this role, you will build strong relationships with key accounts in the fast food/QSR chains and wholesalers, understand their needs, and offer solutions. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and NPD teams to drive sales, create value, and deliver customer-specific product propositions.
This role could appeal to an established Key/National Account Manager or a graduate who is looking to develop and implement an account-based strategy guided by sales professionals to realize our shared vision.
Job Description
You will develop strong relationships with channel-specific key chained accounts in the fast food/local QSR chains and wholesalers, understanding their business and offering solutions, putting Aviko firmly on the map. Work effectively with your sales and marketing colleagues to create value for all stakeholders. Driving sales to achieve strong, noticeable results. Creating efficient relationships with key contacts in each account, across the channel e.g. with chefs, food and beverage managers, owners, and route to market wholesalers.
Work closely with product management and NPD teams delivering compelling customer-specific propositions on product development.
Qualifications
You are a candidate who has experience or affinity with working with multi-disciplinary teams. This could include marketing, NPD teams, commercial operation, production, training, finance, hospitality, quality control, logistics, or any other field where you know how to interact and work with people. You must have a creative mind-set when it comes to customer acquisition, working with customer stakeholders (DMUs) to drive new product ideas/concepts and cross and upselling to existing customers, increasing the LTV.

* Must have the attitude to learn fast and the aptitude to drive results.
* Good understanding and application of working with people and processes.
