We're currently recruiting a dedicated Catering Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities may include:
12. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
13. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
14. Being a responsible key holder
15. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
16. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
17. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
18. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
19. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
20. Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Our ideal Supervisor will:
21. Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
22. Good communication skills with a focus on great Customer Service
23. Team player and can-do attitude
24. Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude
