Permanent Role£25,000 - £27,000 DOEFlexi Holiday, Free Parking37.5 hours/week, early finish on Fridays I am currently working with a well-established engineering company in Redditch, who are looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator to support their Sales team. The role of the Sales Office Administrator will involve, but is not limited to:
* General office administration
* Answer calls politely and efficiently when required.
* Generate quotes by accurately populating the system.
* Follow up/chase and discuss quotes.
* Maintain databases including records within the internal systems.
* Updating system with any required information (i.e. pricing, delivery details)
* Generally providing administrative support as and where required.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Office Administrator will have:
* Gained experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
* Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access.
* Strong admin and organisational skills.
* Excellent data input skills.
* Attention to detail skills.
