Responsibilities:
1. Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Efficiently help prepare and serve our freshly cooked menu items using the correct methods, equipment, and to our standards.
3. Share the story of our menu, provide recommendations to customers, and be aware of allergen procedures.
4. Take pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company, and COSHH standards.
5. Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures.
6. Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed.
7. Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders between breakfast, lunchtime, and afternoon options available.
8. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
9. Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
1. Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
2. You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
3. Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
4. Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus.
5. Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
6. Works according to the BaxterStorey core values.
