We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead our expansion into the insurance sector across the UK and Europe. In this role, you’ll engage with insurance customers, positioning our AI-powered automation solutions to enhance efficiency, risk management, and customer experience. While the focus is on insurance, we also welcome candidates with SaaS Enterprise sales experience in financial services, provided they understand complex sales cycles, regulatory landscapes, and procurement processes. This hybrid role includes a mix of remote work, bi-weekly team meetings in London, and regular customer visits across the region.
Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and close new business within the insurance sector, meeting or exceeding sales quotas
* Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven automation solutions and their impact on customers
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to closing deals.
* Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, leveraging data to optimize strategies
* Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive adoption
* Collaborate with partners, marketing, and solutions teams to expand market presence
* Act as a trusted advisor to insurance executives, guiding them through digital transformation
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, selling into insurance or financial services
* Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder sales with C-level engagement
* Passionate about AI-driven solutions and their role in transforming business operations
* Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
* Nice-to-have: experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technology and/or AI, GenAI solutions
