Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and proficiency in various computer applications.
Duties:
1. Greet visitors and book appointments
2. Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
3. Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
4. Assist with scheduling appointments
5. Provide general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Skills:
1. Strong administrative and clerical skills
2. Proficient in data entry and computerised systems
3. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
4. Familiarity with office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
5. Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
6. Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc.)
