Financial Administrator - Burgess Hill
Our client is seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to support their busy practice in Burgess Hill. This is a part-time role, three days a week. You will be responsible for executing tasks as instructed and maintaining communication with relevant parties.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining contact between clients and colleagues
* Retrieving and updating information about clients
* Documenting all communications with colleagues, clients, and third parties
* Collaborating with financial advisers to gather information for financial reports
* Assessing client objectives to determine appropriate solutions
* Creating and presenting suitability letters in accordance with company policies and regulations
* Supporting financial advisers with additional needs, such as information on business processes, tax, and other relevant fields
* Adhering to rules and regulations set by the Financial Conduct Authority
* Staying informed about developments in the finance sector to better serve clients
