Job Title: Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Trainer\n\nLocation: Midlands Region\nSalary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience & qualifications)\nContract: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)\n\nRole & Client Overview:\n\nAre you an experienced Apprenticeship Trainer looking for a new opportunity? Do you have a passion for developing future leaders and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential?\n\nWe are currently seeking a Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Trainer to work across the Midlands region. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and assessing learners undertaking Level 5 Management Apprenticeships, helping them gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed to excel in leadership roles.\n\nYou will deliver a structured and engaging learning experience through a blend of virtual training sessions via Google Meets and quarterly face-to-face visits.
You will also conduct End Point Assessment mock visits to ensure learners are fully prepared.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Deliver high-quality coaching, training, and assessment to support learners in achieving their qualifications.\n\n * Design and implement individual learning plans that align with employer needs and learner progression.\n\n * Build strong relationships with apprentices, mentors, line managers, and stakeholders to enhance learner success.\n\n * Embed Functional Skills into apprenticeship programmes, supporting learners in meeting essential Maths and English requirements.\n\n * Support apprentices and employers in planning and recording ‘off-the-job’ training, ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards.\n\n * Guide learners towards successful End Point Assessments (EPA) by conducting mock assessments and tracking their readiness.\n\n * Ensure all training and assessments align with Ofsted, ESFA, and EIF requirements.\n\nEssential/Desirable Criteria:\n\n * Experience in teaching, training, and assessment, with a recognised Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management.\n\n * At least three years of industry experience in a management-related role.\n\n * Minimum one year of experience delivering new apprenticeship standards.\n\n * Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, or equivalent) – desirable.\n\n * Level 2 in Maths and English Functional Skills (or equivalent GCSE qualifications).\n\n * Full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential).\n\nBenefits:\n\n * 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 with service).\n\n * Holiday Purchase Scheme – buy up to two additional weeks per year.\n\n * Birthday Leave – a paid day off for your birthday.\n\n * Early Finish Fridays – option to finish at 1:30 PM or 2:30 PM.\n\n * Employee Assistance Programme – 24/7 support for you and your family.\n\n * Employee Referral Scheme – earn up to £500 for successful referrals.\n\n * Cycle to Work Scheme.\n\n * Employee Discount Scheme – access to discounts on everyday purchases
