We are seeking to recruit a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our team. The successful candidates will report to the Regional Operations Manager. Graduates will take part in our two-year graduate development programme, to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills.Northstones 2025 Graduate Programme will commence at the beginning of September 2025. Key areas of responsibility: Learn & understand the operation and maintenance requirements of our mobile and fixed plant and equipment. Involved in process projects that target sustainability or efficiency improvements. Preparation of technical drawings and documentation. Ensure we maintain and progress our high health, safety and environmental standards. Co-ordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations under the guidance of location management. Ability to communicate information and plans effectively to both employees and contractors. Candidates should ideally possess: A relevant third level Qualification in Electrical / Building Services / Automation Engineering or similar qualification. Team player with a positive attitude. A clean driving licence will be required. Good interpersonal skills. Proactive, organised, results driven and self-motivated. Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to operate to strict timelines/deadlines in order to produce results. Strong computer literacy skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar engineering packages desired, but not essential as Full training will be given.
