D&T Support Analyst Position
We're currently recruiting a dedicated D&T Support Analyst to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Compass Group UK on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Efficient processing of IT incidents and requests from initial logging through to resolution, in line with all internal processes and targets which is currently 12 minutes for ticket handling (talk time, investigation and wrap up).
2. Providing an excellent level of customer service whilst acting as a single point of contact for end users with technical faults and IT queries.
3. Escalation of issues to an appropriate level, both functional and hierarchical where resolution cannot be achieved within targets set.
4. Analyse undocumented incidents and provide sound, timely and creative solutions, often whilst under pressure of time, identifying associated risks and appropriate mitigation plans.
5. Liaise with 3rd Party vendors and internal teams.
6. Documentation of relevant fixes for internal Knowledgebase.
7. To provide assistance for moves and changes.
8. Data collection for reporting.
9. Provide ideas for service improvement that improve efficiency or user experience.

5. Ability to exercise sound judgement and evaluative thinking, especially under pressure.
6. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to deal with the unexpected in a calm, considered and professional manner.
8. Be an effective team member in cross-functional project teams.
9. Ability to write clear procedures including technical and user documentation.
