We are working with our client on the outskirts of York who are an industry leader in providing training courses to recruit a Client Relationship Executive who will be responsible for managing and nurturing a relationship with one of their clients, ensuring that all their needs are met in regard to their training needs and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
This role involves a mix of customer service with someone who is client-driven.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for the client, understanding their training needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and 3rd party providers.
* Oversee the client account, ensuring that all projects or services are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction.
* Address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects or services.
* Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
* Resolve conflicts or misunderstandings quickly and professionally to maintain a positive client relationship.
* Work with internal teams to ensure that any issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
Skills and Qualities:
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients' needs.
* Attention to Detail: Ensuring all client needs are met and their expectations are consistently exceeded.
This is a great opportunity as this is a new role in the business which will develop and grow with the person who takes it on as well as support the development of the department.
5 days in the office Monday to Friday.
