Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and all visitors to the facility. Ensuring the telephones are answered promptly and assisting patients as required. Managing requests for appointments, so patients are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional. Ensuring accuracy is foremost when carrying out a variety of reception/admin related tasks and adhering to company policies, procedures and standards. Efficient completion of day to day tasks in a timely manner Filing and retrieving paperwork if appropriate. Computer data entry/data allocation and collation; processing and recording information in accordance with company processes. Communicating effectively and respectfully with other members of the team. Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post as requested by the Management team or Team Leaders. Ensuring at the end of a shift wherever possible, that all tasks have been completed.
