A successful financial planning organisation in Aldershot is seeking a Mortgage Administrator on a permanent basis to join their back office team. As an administrator you will play a pivotal role within the business, without you the business will not run efficiently.
Salary: £23, to £30,
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm OFFICE BASED

The main day to day responsibilities:
1. Supporting the directors / advisers.
2. Pre-meeting preparation.
3. Accurately maintain all records on client management system and update promptly.
4. Checking documentation.
5. Communicating with customers.
6. Chasing lenders / solicitors and any other third party for case progression.
7. Answer incoming calls, responding to client and provider queries as appropriate.
