Location: South Tyneside
Pay Rate: £83.90 - 105 per day (depending on experience)
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will play a key role in supporting students with their learning needs. Working closely with teaching staff, you’ll provide tailored assistance to help students overcome barriers to learning, ensuring they reach their full potential in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with varying learning needs
* Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
* Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other LSAs to create a positive learning environment
* Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported

* Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
