The team has more than 30 years’ experience of serving the bereaved and the people that matter to them. We have grown rapidly since 2015 and we now have a new opportunity within our logistical planning and scheduling department. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Preparing and wrapping ashes, ready for return to our customer Arranging for the return of jewellery and personal effects with the ashes To provide support to the Operations Schedulers, in arranging the return of ashes to our customers The successful candidate must have great communication and IT skills and be ready to learn our CRM system and procedures. They will also be self-motivating, empathetic and thrive as working as part of a team, acting in a manner that ensures the deceased are treated with respect and dignity. Key skills requirement Experience of keeping accurate records with exceptional attention to detail Computer literate Ability to solve problems Used to working to deadlines and within pressured environments.
