About the Role
The Senior Analyst will oversee end-to-end research delivery by designing surveys and analysis to draw deep actionable insights, creating compelling narratives that inform our clients' strategic business decision making. They will impart their industry knowledge to enhance story building skills across the team, focusing on the ‘So what’ and ‘Now what’ to deliver actionable insights for each client. They will also be responsible for presenting research reports and key insights to our clients’ executives and strategists; as well as engage, maintain, and grow valued client relationships.
Responsibilities
* End-to-end ownership of the research process
* Ensure that material produced and reviewed is accurate with attention to all required details
* Assist with additional quantitative analysis driven from reviews or client requests
* Coordinate other team members as requested to meet delivery deadlines
* Develop industry knowledge with an aim to understand key questions and improve client presentation and survey design skills
* Manage and execute survey testing process and reviews
* Contribute ideas to increase overall revenue through initiating/improving relationships with current and potential clients, as well as instigating new research ideas
* Attend client presentations to further understand clients and improve industry knowledge
* Lead and nurture a team of research analysts (optional)
Qualifications
* 2 years of working experience in any vertical in a consulting or financial services firm
* A desire to continuously expand your knowledge, engage with and present at any level (including C suite) or size of group will be critical to your success and growth of your career
* University degree with any quantitative oriented discipline (e.g. commerce, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, computing or market research). Must have achieved high academic performance (Distinction average 2.1 or higher (e.g. first class).
* Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint Intermediate and Excel advanced required

* Strong communication Skills: Ability to tailor spoken communication and ability to write communication to ensure desired message is both given and received. (Applicants must have the long-term interest and inherent capability to present in the long term)
* Ability to influence & build strong relationships: The ability to present information in a manner that others find persuasive and compelling, while creating a rapport and establishing trust with prospects, clients, team members.
* Attention to detail: The capacity and preparedness to ensure that work is accurate and error free
* Planning & Organising: Ability to plan the work that needs to be done and then organise the resources to ensure the work is completed before its deadline
* Delivering Results: Commitment to deliver important outcomes in a reliable and timely fashion under pressure or deadlines
Compensation package: £40,000 - £47,000
This is it is a true market research role and our clients are within the Financial Services industry. To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK. This position is a hybrid work arrangement where you are required to work 3 days from the office.
