We’re seeking two passionate and experienced Account Managers to manage multi-disciplinary client projects across Paid Media, Email and Cross-channel Marketing, SEO, Data Analysis, UX, Creative, and Development. This role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities.
If you have experience in marketing or website development and thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments, you’ll be a great fit.
What You'll Do
1. Client Success: Ensure clients are happy, see the value in our work, and achieve measurable results.
2. Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects with internal teams, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
3. Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with senior clients, proactively communicating updates and insights.
4. Account Growth: Spot opportunities to expand our services and help clients succeed further.
5. Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity, provide actionable insights, and recommend innovative solutions.
6. Collaboration: Support your colleagues, contribute to account strategy meetings, and share expertise across teams.
About you
1. Minimum of 2 years of agency experience.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
3. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
4. Skilled at turning complex solutions into clear, client-friendly explanations.
5. Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and project management software (e.g., Teamwork).
