Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Part-time & Full-time Available)
Pay: £300-£550 per week
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Bournemouth area. In partnership with Teaching Personnel, we are able to offer flexible working hours, including both part-time and full-time opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with various learning needs and help them thrive in a positive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the classroom teacher in delivering tailored lessons for students with Special Educational Needs.
Assist in the development of individual education plans (IEPs).
Provide one-on-one and group support to students.
Help with classroom management and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
Encourage and support students in their social and emotional development.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience within education or care settings is highly desirable.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
A passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their potential.
