About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
This role will be located in Ipswich reporting into the Time & Attendance Manager.
1. Take full responsibility for mobilisations, working closely with the HR Support Team to ensure that sites and employees are set up correctly including necessary travel to new client sites for installation.
2. Oversee the setup of clocking devices for mobilisation, including necessary travel to new client sites for installation.
3. Calculate and amend holiday adjustments in the system.
4. Work collaboratively with the T&A Compliance Lead to ensure training materials are up to date, making amendments and rolling them out as required.
5. Partner with the T&A Business Support Analyst on Monthly Operational Drop-Ins.
6. Represent T&A in bid meetings to ensure that commitments are realistic and achievable.
Experience And Qualifications
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
1. You must have the right to work in the UK.
2. Strong leadership and project management skills.
3. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
4. Familiarity with relevant software for facilities and service management.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
