IT Project Co-Ordinator
Location: Basingstoke, Hybrid working (2 days home, 3 days office)
Salary: Up to £32k + benefits

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator who will be a member of the Project Management Office within this supplier of technology services.
The Project Coordinator will apply their office knowledge, experience, interpersonal skills, and administrative techniques to support the project management team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coordinating all internal and external tasks to support customer IT system installations.
2. Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming emails to Project Management staff daily.
3. Provide support for Operations Leadership activities, including taking and distributing meeting notes and follow-up activities as requested.
4. Support Project Managers on all assigned open projects.
5. Work cooperatively with all Operations Business Units, including assisting in backfill resource assignment.
6. Collaborate effectively with other departments, including Purchasing, Accounting, Engineering, Production, and Logistics, to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks.
7. Assist Field Resources Management and Customer Service teams in the coordination of customer Preventative Maintenance visits.

Education & Experience:
1. 2 - 5 years of experience in a project-based role.
2. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent Project Management Certification desired.
3. Smartsheet experience is a plus.
