Our vision is to be a benchmark for automotive body repair for the quality of our business and customer experiences.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the bodyshop, maintaining high standards of repair quality, and delivering excellent customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Planning and organising workflows to optimise production efficiency.\n\n * Maximising the utilisation and performance of the production team.\n\n * Conducting quality inspections to uphold repair standards.\n\n * Updating customers on repair methods, progress, and estimated completion dates.\n\n * Collaborating with Vehicle Damage Assessors to achieve optimum sales and operational performance.\n\n * Conducting staff performance reviews to support continuous improvement.\n\n * Working closely with the Vehicle Damage Assessment and Parts Teams, you will drive customer excellence and contribute to strong financial performance.\n\nAbout You\n\nHighly organised and detail-oriented, you have a strong track record of successfully managing bodyshop production teams.
Your expertise in repair methods and workflow planning has played a key role in your career growth.
