About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to take on more Head Chef responsibilities in our small but bustling kitchen. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make your mark and contribute to the success of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Breakfast Service: Start the day right by preparing and serving classic morning favorites from 7am to 12pm.
* Light Bites and Lunch: Shift gears to prepare and serve light bites, burgers, and wraps from 12pm to 9pm.
* Head Chef Duties: Take on additional responsibilities as Head Chef, helping to manage kitchen operations and lead the team.
* Creative Menu Input: Contribute to refining and enhancing our dishes to keep them fresh and appealing.
* Teamwork: Work closely with one other chef to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
Your Schedule
* Breakfast: 7am - 12pm
* Lunch & Dinner: 12pm - 9pm (when the kitchen closes)
