Description
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting and interview arrangements
Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
Develop and implement training initiatives
Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues
Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, absenteeism)
Support the development of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate performance management processes
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflictsProfile
A successful HR Officer should have:
