In this role, you will be supporting our clinicians by answering phone calls, drafting and proof-reading letters, attending and minuting meetings, and managing shared inboxes and diaries. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with other NHS services and the public via phone and email on a daily basis. You will need to have good attention to detail, be well organised and have demonstrable experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel to a high standard. Your team, CAMHS Rapid Response, responds to young people referred in crisis. C linicians o ffer assessment, and short-term community support to young people and their parents/carers. You’ll work alongside 4 other administrators supporting this busy, diverse and multidisciplinary team. This full-time permanent role is hybrid, so after your induction there is the opportunity to work 1-2 days from home. W orking hours will be between 0 9 : 00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. There may be opportunity to work 0 8.00 – 16.00. Working as part of an administrative team, you will support our clinicians in sending out correspondence and booking appointments. You will answer emails and telephone calls, following up actions where required. You will need to be experienced in taking minutes at meetings, diary management and confident in using the full Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will also be required to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others as a key member of the team. The ability to build effective relationships, with a flexible approach to work is essential. You will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post. Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. E xperience answering phone calls in an office and/or customer care environment.
