A Sales Manager is needed to join a thriving aviation company based in Surrey, UK. The role involves expanding accounts in a designated territory by promoting engine parts, airframe components, repairs, and assets. We're looking for a highly motivated, analytical individual with a passion for sales and a focus on business growth across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and sustain strong customer relationships
* Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
* Identify and capitalise on business growth opportunities
* Lead contract negotiations and bid reviews
* Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to establish a strong industry presence
* Manage sales processes through Salesforce and drive weekly operational objectives
Requirements:
* Proven experience in establishing new business partnerships
* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry
* Willingness to work onsite with up to 40% travel
* Familiarity with Quantum software is a plus
