About the Role You will work closely with the Director of Operations & Performance and our Digital Marketer to develop and execute the marketing & PR plan. The role would appeal to an all-rounder who has a love for all things marketing and digital who wants to make an impact and works best within a small and dedicated team. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our sector solutions and offerings. You will work closely with key stakeholders and department leaders in the firm to help shape and deliver campaigns, PR, awards submissions and events. As natural collaborator you will thrive working across our diverse teams, underpinning the key role marketing plays in supporting the firm's commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities This role includes a broad programme of marketing and PR for a boutique law firm focused on analysing market and sales performance, building brand awareness, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns. Key responsibilities include: Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, fostering internal collaboration and leveraging support from specialist teams. Marketing Planning: Develop clear marketing plans for each campaign, defining goals, target audiences, strategies, and timelines. Content Development: Create high-quality, targeted content for online and offline channels, including social media, websites, PR, events, press releases and emails. Collaboration: Work closely with our digital marketeer who will lead on tasks such as, creative, social media, and digital marketing to develop and refine lead nurturing tactics. Market Research: Analyse trends, competitors, and market insights to inform strategies and shape campaign messaging. Creative Development: Produce creative briefs and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver engaging content across multiple projects. Sales Enablement Tools: Develop marketing materials and tools to support the sales process and ensure alignment with sales goals. Award/Ranking Submissions: manage award and ranking journeys, write submissions, follow up on feedback and organise award events. Customer Insights: Understand customer trends, challenges, and requirements, including defining and refining customer personas. Event Planning: Organise and manage external and internal events, ensuring seamless delivery and impact. Management Engagement: Build relationships with our directors and teams ensuring campaigns match our buyer persona and lead criteria. Budget Management: Support the Director of Operations & Performance with budget planning and tracking to ensure campaigns remain within budget. Brand Compliance: Act as a brand ambassador to ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, including content style, logo usage, and messaging standards About You The successful applicant will have the following qualifications & skills: Education: Degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent qualification (e.g. CIM). Experience of Radio and broadcast media planning a distinct advantage. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, PR and similar Public Affairs roles. Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ideally an understanding of digital marketing and multi-channel campaign delivery such as Mailchimp or Zoho. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability in marketing tools such as CRM systems and analytics platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions. Hands-on approach with creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Team Player: Collaborative and self-motivated with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
