Gap Personnel Bristol is currentrly looking to recruit a Customer Service/ Contact Centre Advisor for one of our clients based in Avonmouth.
Our client is looking to recruit additional head count to support the uplift in business needs, this role could transition into a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate who excels within this project.
As one of our Customer Service Advisors you will handle a broad range of calls on a daily basis, the work is varied and can be challenging, however we give you all the training and support you need to be successful in your role. With growth in the team there are possibilities for you to rise through the ranks from Customer Service Advisor to Team Leader and further. One in 5 of their vacancies last year were filled by an internal promotion, so we really do commit to internal development.
What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?
Deal effectively and efficiently with all Customer Service-related requests primarily via the inbound phone channel, however when necessary via QMS/e-mail/webchat, taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion
Work closely with other areas of the business, maintaining and developing collaborative relationships to support our customers
Develop your product knowledge so you can help customers with technical queries
Keep informed on marketing and promotional activity
Keep records of all conversations and transactions on in-house system
Undertake additional Customer Service-related business activities including dealing with 1st line complaints.
About You
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will need to show the following skills

Experience working in a pervious customer service role is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided.
