The Opportunity
We’re currently looking for an Installation & Planning Coordinator to join our busy Sales and Marketing team based at our Alfreton office!
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with installation partners and customers to arrange product installations
* Planning and scheduling installations using internal business systems
* Completing and distributing documentation with precision and accuracy
* Resolving queries and identifying effective solutions
* Coordinating product dispatch and keeping all stakeholders updated
* Ensuring all post-installation documentation is received and actioned appropriately
In this role, you’ll see each customer through the full journey – from planning to completion – making sure their experience is as smooth and positive as possible.
What We’re Looking For:
* A well-organised planning professional with a passion for outstanding customer service
* Proactive, self-motivated and solutions-focused
* A clear and confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner
* Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and internet usage
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to follow set procedures while going above and beyond for the customer
