Job Description
Conference
* Qualify and convert enquiry
* Offer and contract
* Pro forma invoices
* Function sheet preparation & distribution
* Post charges
* Verify invoice for accuracy
* Post event client follow up
Groups Reservations
* Replying to enquires as well as following up on enquiries
* Assisting where required with hosting of site inspections
* Compile and contribute to daily and weekly reporting
* General office support duties for Admin Office and updating the events calendar
Qualifications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests
* Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion
* Competency using a variety of computer software
* Energetic and able to multi-task and manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
* Able to take instructions and initiatives
* Decent written English and pleasant telephone manners with ability to communicate confidently internally and externally with different stakeholders.
* Experience in a similar role would be preferable
