Are you a highly organised, experienced Private Personal Assistant with a background in supporting high-net-worth individuals and managing luxury properties? We are urgently seeking a dedicated and flexible professional to support a dynamic international family based primarily between London and Switzerland.
About the Role:
This role will require working three days per week from the family’s Mayfair office and two days at their residence in Holland Park. Occasional weekend and bank holiday availability is essential to suit the needs of the family.
The family will be based in Switzerland from Spring 2025, so the London-based PA will need to work autonomously and proactively with the rest of the household staff and family office team. They will be required to open/close the house for the family when they visit their London residence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar & Diary Management: Organise schedules, appointments, and travel itineraries for the family. Coordinate household service schedules and manage annual reminders.
2. Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arrange complex international travel, including private aviation and itinerary management.
3. Household Management: Oversee household services, schedule maintenance, and manage staff operations.
4. Communication & Reporting: Maintain weekly task lists and proactively communicate updates.
5. Employee & Payroll Management: Handle payroll, manage household staff schedules, and oversee holiday tracking.
6. Pet & Health Management: Organise pet care and health appointments; the family has two lovely dogs!
7. Administrative & Financial Duties: Manage household bills, passport renewals, post, and filing. Liaise with the Family Office Accountant.
8. Country House & Boat Support: Oversee household operations and renovations at a country property. Manage boat logistics and guest arrangements starting January 2024.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven experience as a Private Personal Assistant for high-net-worth individuals, with solid skills in organising complex international travel and private aviation. Property management expertise and strong experience liaising with household staff. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. French language skills are a plus but not essential.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a highly rewarding and varied role with a warm and approachable family. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering first-class support, we want to hear from you.
