Keeping records accurate, up to date Preparing reports, managing invoices, and keeping a close eye on the budget. Supporting the team with admin tasks, from project coordination to filing. Skills and Experience Required: A-levels (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English or NVQ in Business Administration is essential IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and databases like FileMaker. Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems Excellent communication skills—you’ll be working with everyone from scientists to contractors.
