About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Retrofit Coordinator to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
* Monitor project progress and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders
* Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
* Manage project budgets and track expenses
* Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
* Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders
* Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
* Prepare Energy Performance Reports
* Act as Retrofit Coordinator for GRM's domestic retrofit projects from inception to completion
* Ensure all retrofit programmes are compliant with PAS 2035 and align with best practice principles
* Manage residents' journeys through the retrofit process
* Check and assess the quality of work carried out on site
* Work with residents, suppliers and colleagues to ensure all retrofit programmes are successful
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
* Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in a related industry
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
* Proficiency in using project management software
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with Civil 3D software is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £36,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
