Job Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a high-performance sales strategy focused on revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion. This role will oversee the sales pipeline and ensure alignment with marketing and operational teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Polar Insight’s business objectives
* Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to client acquisition, ensuring consistent progress and pipeline health.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met.
* Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor KPIs for the sales team, providing regular performance updates and insights to senior leadership.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of sales campaigns and operational delivery.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to refine sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably in B2B or consulting environments.
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive insights.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
