YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and support a team of office-based employees, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Monitor team performance, hold regular one-to-ones, and provide coaching, feedback, and support to help individuals reach their full potential. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring workflows are well organised, deadlines are met, and issues are resolved promptly. Tackle challenges as they arise, working collaboratively with other departments to maintain smooth operations and strong service delivery. Ensure your team adheres to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Act as the link between your team and leadership, ensuring clear and timely communication of goals, updates, and expectations. Identify areas for improvement in processes or systems and contribute to ongoing efficiency initiatives. Track and report on team performance, workload, and operational metrics to support informed decision-making. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in an office or warehouse environment is essential. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Able to give direction, provide feedback, and liaise across teams. Comfortable using business systems and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook. A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Managing performance and expectations in a busy operational setting.
