Procurement Manager – Mechanical Construction & Installation Services
Location: Hertfordshire | Hybrid Working (2 Days in Office)
Salary: £82,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Manager – Mechanical Construction & Installation Services to take ownership of global category strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation for a high-growth, technology-driven organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Develop and implement a global category strategy for installation services procurement.
* Source, tender, negotiate, and contract with suppliers to ensure resilience and value for money.
* Manage supplier performance and lead key SRM activities, driving measurable improvements.
* Engage with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, legal, and programme management to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
* Assess and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
* Extensive experience in international procurement for construction/engineering installation services in a manufacturing and/or engineering environment.
* Strong negotiation skills with experience in supplier development and contract management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and engage with international project teams.
* International sourcing experience and legal contract experience.
* Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering procurement strategies.
* CIPS qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
