Partner with the best The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. You will develops an operational plan for own manufacturing activities of the team. They will make improvements in products, implement design changes, and enhance processes and procedures whilst applying a lean methodology. As a Electronics Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Defining and controlling production process including tooling and equipment. Validating design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment. Being responsible for exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures. Handling standardized manufacturing processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions with some latitude in ways of working and planning. Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 0.5 million. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have demonstrable experience in a Manufacturing, or Production Engineering role which includes providing Shop Floor support. Be able to analyse problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions, fault find down to component level as required. Have experience of DOE testing to determine the factors effecting inputs and outputs.
