Duties: Our client, an elegant Queen Anne-style mansion, set in 26 acres of lovingly maintained gardens and woodland. It is a luxury four star boutique hotel, offering award-wining dining and breath-taking views of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated in a peaceful rural setting just 30 minutes from London. You will have the opportunity to work with a very talented sous chef, head chef and executive chef. The ideal Chef de Partie candidate: Will have at least 2 to 3 years experience at 2 to 3 rosettes standard. Will be capable of running all sections of a kitchen excluding pastry. Will be capable of directing demi Chef de Partie and Commis if necessary.
