JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Supervisor (FRT) Location: Eccles / Hybrid Reports to: Jacek Zawieracz Hours of work: 40 Salary range (inc benenfits): TBC Date revised: 18th December 2024 This role requires full flexibility from the outset, based on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 8am and 6pm, to include full cover of absent colleagues with office attendance as required. JOB PURPOSE To play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager by ensuring that company values and standards are upheld across all client interactions and team activities. This position requires a proactive team supervisor, focussing on operational management and quality control. The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional client service by fostering a positive and results driven work environment. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and manage the team in the absence of the Manager. Monitor and uphold service standards ensuring team cover and performance levels are within company expectations. Preparing operational performance and strategic reports plus accurate and timely completion of all financial tasks. Handle client enquiries professionally and promptly, ensuring any issues are addressed in a timely manner to achieve maximum client satisfaction. Maintain open, clear communication across the team/business as required. An approachable management style whilst ensuring team plans are executed effectively. Participate actively in refining and enhancing operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality. Drive sales initiatives in line with company financial targets. Keep detailed records of all team members' training, tracking progress and identifying needs for additional development. Providing staff supervision, training and support as required by the Manager. Supporting the recruitment process by selecting and onboarding team members in line with company values. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Apply consistent practices in managing the team, addressing performance issues fairly and promptly. Ability to work to deadlines and produce accurate reports as required. Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
