We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for our 4-year-old classroom, who is fully qualified and registered to join our team.

We have a rare opportunity to join our team in a leadership position as a current team leader leaves us to head overseas.
We are looking for a Team Leader who:
* Is passionate, patient, and caring.
* Is a collaborative team player and great role model.
* Will quickly and effectively establish relationships and engage with tamariki, whānau, and fellow kaiako in the Centre.
* Is energetic and has a good sense of fun, with a passion for learning.
* Is an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and enjoys being challenged daily while remaining calm and generating positive outcomes in a proactive and constructive manner.
* Can demonstrate good knowledge of ECE regulations and documentation, Te Whāriki, Tātaiako, Te Ara Poutama, Our Code Our Standards.
* Is self-motivated, innovative, and reflective.
* Has great vision and strategic skills.
