We are seeking a passionate and talented HR Advisor to join our team in Malmesbury. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver collaborative HR solutions in partnership with our HR Business Partners. You will work hand-in-hand with business leaders and team members, ensuring that their HR needs are met in a supportive and effective manner.
As an integral part of our HR team, you will support across various business areas in collaboration with various departments, including HR Shared Services, Recruitment, Reward, and Talent Development.
Responsibilities
1. Collaborating closely with managers at all levels, to provide comprehensive HR support to drive the success of our organisation.
2. Developing core people processes and offering expert advice on people-related issues, contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
3. Coaching and empowering leaders and managers, enabling them to enhance their leadership skills and build strong, capable teams.
4. Supporting end-to-end organisational changes to improve business performance and ensure that teams are future-ready.
5. Contributing to defining, delivering, and measuring culture and engagement initiatives across the business.
6. Reviewing and evaluating employee data, producing reports on key metrics such as turnover, headcount, and absence.
7. Identifying trends in data, investigating possible implications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the workforce and overall HR practices.
8. Actively participating in multi-function project teams, supporting various business initiatives.
About you
1. Effective relationship-building skills gained in a fast-paced HR environment.
2. A great communicator with the ability to influence and partner with functional managers and leaders at all levels of the business.
3. Ability to demonstrate how you have supported people managers with initiatives that have made a positive impact on their team.
4. Experience leading on people processes such as salary and bonus review, performance moderation, and talent management.
5. Effective stakeholder management and project management skills.
6. Demonstrated knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience supporting the business with complex employee relations activity.
7. Previous experience of Workday would be desirable.
8. Great organisational and time management skills.
9. Good written and verbal communication skills.
10. The ability to adapt and re-prioritise workload.
