JOB PURPOSE
è Lead and drive Used Car performance through management of employees and OEM / site KPI’s. In this role you will lead the Used Car team giving employees and clients guidance and direction with all matters Used Car orientated.
è You will need to motivate the team to create a client first approach whilst carefully managing stock, ensuring compliance and working to achieve and exceed manufacturer requirements and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
è Review manufacturer communications and action appropriately with the team.
è Manage the Harwoods sales process journey and ensure clients are updated while ensuring vehicle ordering is prompt and up to date.
è Support client journey through dealing with the used car sales process and provide aftersales support.
è Support the admin functions to ensure due diligence is completed.
è Work with the Executive Team to provide training and coaching on used vehicles.
è Manage used car stock by maintaining and purchasing used cars from various approved sources and ensure PPU and financial performance in the department.
è Ensure all used car processes are up to date and embedded.
è Ensure the retail centre used car display physical and digital, meets brand standards.
è To work with and support when required the TM team to drive profitability utilising P360, Salesforce, Pinnacle and manufacturer data to drive performance and create opportunity and sell new vehicles.
è To assist with client concerns and support HoB/General Manager in maintaining high client satisfaction in line with manufacturer expectations.
è Manage the team and conduct 1:1’s, activity reviews and any actions required from these measures.
è Support Admin / SPS and additional roles to enhance and support the sales department.

Experience
Desirable
è 3 years sales experience minimum.
è A year’s experience in leading a high performing team.
