Enduramaxx is a leading UK manufacturer of plastic water tanks, chemical tanks and water bowsers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. The sales team communicates with a large range of customers from different industries both B2B and B2C.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales year on year.
* Create accurate quotations as per customer specification on the ERP system.
* Accurately record and update CRM throughout the sales process.
* Inbound lead follow ups & quotations, Outbound calls to prospective customers.
* Upsell products to maximise sales opportunities.
* Close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry news/trends to effectively communicate with customers.
Experience:
* Proven experience in Account Management, preferably in both B2B and B2C.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
* Professional and polite telephone manner with experience in both inbound and outbound sales calls.
* Self-motivated individual with an enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
* Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets.
