Would you like to work with young people who need support with their social, emotional mental health? Do you have aspirations to work on youth criminal justice? If so, then this role is not to be missed.
The school is recruiting for a Young Offender Behaviour Mentor to work with young people aged between 11 and 16 who are receiving their education in a Pupil Referral Unit setting. The Young Offender Behaviour Mentor role is an amazing opportunity for somebody who wants to make a difference to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and support young people to access education. You will offer guidance and support both in the classroom and with their social and emotional development.

The desired Young Offender Behaviour Mentor will:
1. Be resilient
2. Be able to demonstrate empathy
3. Have a passion to change young people's lives for the better
4. Have relevant experience working with young offenders and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues
