An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing travel insurance business as a Claims Assessor. We’re looking for self-motivated, customer-centric individuals with claims or insurance experience who want to grow their careers in a role that is incredibly rewarding and where every day is different.
The start date for this role is 3rd March 2025.
So, what’s the job?
* You’ll guide customers through each stage of the claims process.
* You’ll liaise with customers and corporate clients over the phone and via email.
* You’ll assess claims under Travel Guard insurance plans.
* You’ll analyze claims made against the relevant policy wording.
* You’ll contact claimants to request additional information where required and settle or decline the claim as appropriate.
* You’ll work towards targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business objectives.

* You’ll have experience in customer service, admin, or claims experience within insurance or financial services.
* You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* You’ll have the ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload to meet targets and deadlines.
* You’ll have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* You’ll be a great problem solver with good investigative skills.
