Warrington Recovery Team (Adult Community Hub) are looking to recruit a dedicated and committed B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner to come and join our wonderful, caring and very supportive Team.
We are a highly regarded, well led multi disciplinary service, providing excellent care, treatment and support to adults with significant mental health needs, within the Borough of Warrington.
As a B6 Senior Nurse Practitioner in the Team, you will be providing NICE guidance interventions, working as part of an MDT, to provide care, treatment and support, for services users with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with carers and families, and be confident in liaising with our partner agencies, to achieve best outcomes for our service users.
Our office base is Wakefield House and ouroffice hours are currently Mon to Fri 9-5.
As a B6 SNP in the Team, you will work as part of an MDT, to provide care, treatment and support, for services users with complex mental health needs, providing specific NICE guidance interventions.
You will also undertake clinic duties as required and contribute to our office duty on a rota basis.
The role will require you to liaise with other services and work closely with carers and families, alongside our wider partner agencies, to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
The Team has a strong value base, centred on caring and commitment. You will receive ongoing clinical and management supervision and have opportunities for CPD as part of this role.
