The Role
As Head of Business Transformation, you will work closely with the Joint Managing Directors to plan, execute, and deliver key strategic projects. Your role will be to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while effectively managing stakeholders, risks, and resources.
This position is on–site in Derby and requires a hands–on leader who can drive innovation and create a culture of continuous improvement across both retail operations and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business transformation projects across retail and manufacturing.
Deliver and embed change to support long–term business growth.
Oversee IT project delivery – while not an IT specialist, you must understand project intricacies and collaborate with technical teams.
Manage budgets, risks, and resources effectively.
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Drive a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record of delivering an IT–specific transformation project.
Ability to hit the ground running and quickly integrate into a fast–paced, customer–focused environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem–solving, adaptability, and strategic thinking abilities.
Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
A results–driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
